Product powder coated in a satin black texture with black anodized aluminum cross-bar extrusions. One cross bar will not be anodized. It is intended to sit behind the wind deflector. 3rd Gen Toyota 4Runner Our T4R3 Full Rack fits years 1995–2002 and is a non-drill rack. We worked closely with 3M to find the best product that acts as an adhesive weld. This extreme strength will easily support a Rooftop Tent and whatever else you throw at it.
